2024 MCES Parent-Teacher Conferences

Dear MCES Parents and Guardians,
Our Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, November 7, 2024 from 1-5 pm and 6-8pm at both campuses. Conferences are not required, but encouraged if you wish to speak with your child’s teacher. These conferences are intended for parents and teachers only, so students should not be in attendance.
We use a conferencing scheduler tool called PTCFast.com.
Parents of students in Preschool through 4th Grade will have an opportunity to meet with their child's homeroom teacher in 15 min. time blocks. Conferences will be held in the classrooms.
Parents of students in Grades 5-8 will have an opportunity to meet with their child's teacher/s in 6 min. time blocks and MUST schedule the conference ahead of time. No drop-ins will be accepted. Conferences will be held in the Gym. Please enter through Door K. Use your child’s schedule to know who they have this semester and which teachers you’d like to have a conference. Not all students have PE or Art, for example. Please note that should you wish to conference with a shared 7th and/or 8th grade teacher from SMCC (8th Religion, World Languages, Choir & Band), please email the teacher directly.
Please use the link below to select the teachers with whom you'd like to meet. Our classroom teachers, campus Intervention Specialists & St. Mary Campus Elective teachers will be available to meet. Carefully select teachers by name- Remember we have two Knapps!
Once you select staff members, you will be asked to register by filling out basic contact information such as your name, your child's name, your phone number and your email address.
After you complete this registration information, you will receive an email inviting you to schedule a conference with each faculty member you selected. Please note that depending on the number of staff members you have requested to meet with, you may need to scroll the page to select time slots with each. This is especially important for parents of children at our St. Mary Campus.
Please use PTCFast.com to schedule all conferences as walk-in and remote sessions will not be available. If you are unable to attend conferences on November 7th or to schedule a time slot that works for your needs, please contact your child's teacher to make alternative arrangements.
