MCES Garden School

Our program began in 2012 and coincided with the merger of our three Catholic grade schools.  The purpose of this program is to provide a hands-on complement to our current curriculum.  Our Garden School coordinator works with the classroom teachers to identify their areas of study, then develops cross curriculum lesson plans for the students out in the garden.  Students at St. Michael Campus participate in Garden School for 8 weeks in the fall and 8 in the spring!

We always need volunteers!  We have spots open for classroom volunteering, special projects and regular maintenance. If you have any question about the program please feel free to call or email me.
