This vital program provides our students, teachers and administrators with much needed support. By volunteering, you support our efforts to offer the best possible Catholic education to our students, while getting to know the other parents, the faculty, and your child’s classmates.
As a part of the tuition contract, we ask each family with students in preschool-8th grade to complete 20 service hours. These can be earned throughout the school year. * MCES Childcare is not part of the family service hour program.

How to long your Service Hours:
MCES Family Service Hours should be logged on your FACTS Family Portal. You can track your service hours for the full school year using this platform.
Follow these steps to log service hours:
Hours can be logged through the last day of school. Any incomplete hours will be billed at $10 per hour, not to exceed $200.
We are all working for a great common goal: forming our students/your children to be the saints and scholars God made them to be. We are grateful for your support and participation in these Family Service Hours. We cannot accomplish all of our goals without you!

- Chaperoning Field Trips
- Volunteering in the Lunch Room (even if your student is not in that lunch)
- Coaching
- Volunteering to work games ( examples being: score table, score sheet, line judge, chain gang, ball runner)or concessions at your student's game
- Chairing an PTO event
- Volunteering at a PTO event
- Helping with after school clubs
- Check the Weekly Crusader for opportunities to volunteer

- Click on the “Family” drop down and Select “Family Home”
- Select the “Add +” under Service Hours Section and complete the Service Hours Add Form.
