St. Mary middle campus is part of Monroe Catholic Elementary Schools, a unique collaboration of three K-8 parish schools which has allowed us to specialize by grade level. The middle school campus is a true middle school with students rotating classes in an eight period day and specialist teachers teaching each subject area. Most teachers have one section of Religion which is taught at the same time for all grades 6-8. Every student has an advisory teacher to serve as an adult advocate and guide through the crucial middle school years. The middle school model allows us to offer a vast range of elective classes including two foreign languages, yearbook, creative writing, robotics, drama, art, band as well as mandatory classes in physical education, computer and study skills. Each student takes two periods of elective classes per day together with his/her five core classes and advisory.
